What can you do as a volunteer?
• Hand out stickers, mini-flags and literature.
• Share your story, help us tell PFLAG’s.
• Sign up for a two-hour tabling shift.
• At least one board member will be there during each shift.
• The board will bring all needed materials and take the lead with set-up and takedown.

“I was nervous the first time I did this,” says George Rede, PFLAG Portland chapter president, “but those feelings were quickly replaced by sheer joy. People who know about PFLAG love us. Those who don’t, by and large, are willing to take a minute and learn about what we do and why we do it. It really is a lot of fun.”
